Introduction

The Product & Content Context (PCC) provides a list of Best Practice Strategies based on the product or content which are in the current context of the page.

These Best Practices are only relevant in the WPOs belonging to the EVALUATE and PURCHASE customer journey step (e.g.: UP-SELL AND CROSS-SELL).

For EVALUATE , the product in context is the main product of the Product Detail Page (PDP)

For PURCHASE, the products in context are the products already in the basket
