Customer Journey Personalization (CJP)
Introduction
The Customer Journey Personalization (CJP) provides a list of Best Practice Strategies based on the customer journey (e.g.: purchase history).
The CJP rely on customer data such as profile data and purchase history and not on the online behaviors (clicks or baskets). It therefore only works for visitors who are identified / logged in customers. There is a dedicated list of Best Practices using the online behaviors of all visitors (product clicks, add to basket, …) in Visitor Journey Personalization (VJP).
