What is the value of this report?
In this report you will find information about the customer distribution per Product Property Value and per Product Owner. The focus lies on the Orders and Revenue per Customer for different time frames.
Through the drill down mechanic the following time frames are available:
12 Months (default)
6 Months
3 Months
1 Month
All time frames are calculated based on the date of the latest update. The metric is always the number of customers which had at least this revenue/number of orders.
This is a helpful tool to define thresholds for your Top Customers if you for example want to start a VIP-Club with your top 100 Customers.
