Compound
To access the "Compounds" view, the user/customer must move the mouse pointer in the side navigation bar on the left under the graphs. Now a menu with the heading "Search" appears to the right of the side navigation bar. Click on Compounds in the menu to open the "Compounds" view.
Now the "Compounds" view is displayed with an empty table and a blue text "No Compound was found."
Creating an Entry
To create an entry for the "Compounds" view, click on the green "+ Add" button.
Now a dialog window is opened with the label "Unique Key". The name of the entry is entered in the displayed input field. Make sure that you do not enter any capital letters, special characters (underscores are allowed) or the existing name of an entry.
If the name of the entry corresponds to another already existing entry, an error message with the heading "Error" is displayed, which contains the error information, "This uqnique key already exists". Clicking "OK" in this error message will close the message and can restart this process.
In case of an input with special characters (bottom dashes are allowed) and or upper case letters, an error message with the heading "Error" is also displayed, which contains the error information, "You only can use lower case letters".
If a designation is entered according to the standard, an entry with the desired designation is created. In the table, three columns are labeled "Selected", "Name" and "Actions". The column "Selected", entries are marked to be able to export these entries. The "Name" column displays the name of the entry. In the column "Actions", the entry can be edited , copied and deleted.
Edit an Entry
To edit an entry, click the button with the pencil.
This action opens a dialog window in which the "Name", "Languages", "Compounds", "Mode" and "Status" of the entry, in the "General" tab, are listed.
In the line "Languages" is defined in the input field, the languages, which defines for the Compoundsfor which language these are assigned.
In the line "Compounds" in the input field, the Compoundswhich is responsible for this entry is assigned.
In the "Mode" line, the mode is entered in the input field, which defines the action of its Compounds.
In the "Status" line, the input field defines whether this entry is active or inactive.
