Introduction

The Widget & Page Optimizers (WPO) are the key front-end modules that our clients integrate into their website and other end-user touchpoints (newsletters, mobile apps, print marketing, etc.).

Boxalino offers 24 WPOs, each connected to a Customer Journey Step and to a Level.

This level covers all types of product results and recommendations accross all the customer journey, this is typically where our clients start their projects with Boxalino

WPOs with widgets returning other types of contents (banners, blog articles, overlays messages)
as well a guidance (FIND) and triggers (RE-TARGET)

This level covers all type of content which can be integrated with Boxalino (ideally from a headless CMS)

WPOs with dynamic layout logics which define and affect the layout of the page

This levels covers the dynamic layout logic defining what defined content and LEVEL 1 and 2 widgets should appear on a page

WPOs with advanced output types (e.g.: real-time pricing)

What are Widgets?

Each WPO is a container of widgets.

Widgets are the visual building blocks of your e-shop.

Widgets thus have a very direct, often under-appreciated, financial impact.

  1. Every single widget counts
