Boxalino offers several types of services, including optimization where the advanced configuration of Boxalino’s Winning Interactions platform is managed by Boxalino or Boxalino Certified Partners (here-after Boxalino & Partners).
For many of our customers, this is a great option for the first 1 to 2 years, as they only need to take limited training and Boxalino & Partners can drive the optimization mainly from best-practices to be reviewed regularly together. In this diagram, they will often start with level 2 (Standard Managed Service) and then grow up to level 3 (Advanced Managed Service).
Some of our customers want to take it to the next step and fully internalize the optimization of the Winning Interactions platform with levels 4 and 5. This opens a great potential and requires you to identify your Winning Interactions Hero who will be fully in charge of the optimization.
