Boxalino offers several types of services, including optimization where the advanced configuration of Boxalino’s Winning Interactions platform is managed by Boxalino & Boxalino Partnersor Boxalino Certified Partners (here-after Boxalino & Partners).
For many of our customers, this is a great option for the first 1 to 2 years, as they only need to take limited training and Boxalino & Boxalino Partners can drive the optimization mainly from best-practices to be reviewed regularly together. In this diagram, they will often start with level 2 (Standard Managed Service) and then grow up to level 3 (Advanced Managed Service).

Depending on capacities and ambitions, some of our customers want to take it to the next step and fully internalize the optimization of the Winning Interactions platform with levels 4 and 5. This opens a great potential and requires you to identify your Winning Interactions Hero who will be fully in charge of the optimization.
