Boxalino offers several types of services, including optimization where the advanced configuration of Boxalino’s Winning Interactions platform will is be managed by Boxalino & Boxalino Partners.
For many of our customers, this is a great option at least for the first 1 to 2 years, as they only need to take limited training and Boxalino & Boxalino Partners can drive the optimization mainly from best-practices to be reviewed regularly together. In this diagram, they will often start with level 2 (Standard Managed Service) and then grow up to level 3 (Advanced Managed Service).
