In the Merchandising sections, the administrator can configure various functionalities of the ssytem which affects the response of the platform. While the Strategies and Marketing sections define the central logic defining this content, the Merchandising allows the adjustments of specific aspects affecting some parts of the content of some of the responses.

The administrator can defined what facets (filtering options) are returned in the search and the navigation, can configure rules and Heuristics to change the response of the system in specific cases, add responses messages, define segments, or even configure the sitemap of the web-site.
